The Leipsic Community Center is proud to offer free monthly health services to support the well-being of our community. We’ve partnered with Dr. Alexis Nadler to provide free Hearing Aid Cleanings on the last Thursday of every month at 4:00 PM—no appointment necessary. In addition, we host a Mobile Dental Clinic in partnership with Solvere Health, offering no-cost dental care exclusively for Medicaid members (CareSource, Humana, and AmeriHealth Caritas). These monthly clinics provide services like exams, cleanings, fillings, and more—all from a fully equipped mobile unit. We're committed to making essential health services accessible to everyone in our community.

MONTHLY DENTAL CLINIC
The Leipsic Community Center is proud to partner with Solvere Health to host a monthly Mobile Dental Clinic exclusively for Medicaid members with CareSource, Humana, or AmeriHealth Caritas. This no-cost clinic provides access to a fully equipped mobile dental office, offering services such as diagnostic exams, X-rays, fillings, extractions, restorations, and treatment for tooth pain. The clinic is staffed by licensed dental professionals and is designed to accommodate patients with limited mobility. To schedule an appointment, call 877-248-6684, and be sure to bring your Medicaid ID card and a photo ID to your visit.
